Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 94-0057, Repair Dining Hall Parking Lot, Minot AFB, ND in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work is 85% percent general, 0% mechanical, and 15% electrical. Work is NOT in a restricted area. Performance period is 120 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late perfomance and a 1 year warranty is required. Magnitude of project is between $100,000.00 - $500,000.00. Project will be awarded as a firm fixed-price contract, using Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable evaluation procedures. This project is solicited using full and open competition procedures. Solicitation will be issued on/about 29 Apr 04 with a response date on/about 29 May 04. Solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available electronically on FedBizOpps. **Funding is not yet available for this project as of date of presolicitation notice.**
