Description

Furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish following: Install A/C in Military Familiy Housing Units (approximately 10 housing units)in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work is 10% general, 50% mechanical, and 40% electrical. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Magnitude of project is $25,000 - $100,000. Contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract, awarded to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable Offeror. Solicitation will be issued on/around 16 Apr 04 with proposals due on/around 17 May 04. Solicitation, specifications and drawings will be available electronically on FedBizOps.
