- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR FAC 2001-20. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and is issued as a Request for Quotation. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. Solicitation Number is FA4809-04-Q-0221. The NAICS code 238190 (Gravel Walk and Driveway Construction Contractors) applies to this solicitation. The size standard is $12,000,000. The item description is as follows: Purchase and delivery of 2000 Tons of ABC Gravel for several storage yards to Seymour Johnson AFB, NC.
