- Description
- Furnish Adult Day Health Care services as authorized by the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System, Biloxi, MS. The provider shall insure that the care meets the needs and promotes maximum well-being of VA patients. The Scope of Care provided shall include nursing, social work services, occupational or physical therapy, assistance with activities of daily living, activity therapy, case management, and nutrition service including meals. This is an unrestricted acquisition subject to the availability of funds; both large and small qualified business firms in the catchment area of the VA Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System are encouraged to respond. The area encompasses George, Greene, Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Pearl River counties in Mississippi; Baldwin, Escambia, Mobile, and Washington counties in Alabama; and Bay, Escambia, Holmes, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Washington counties in Florida. The Government forsees awarding at least one contract in each state. The North American Industry Classification System Code and Size Standard are 624120 and $6.0.
