- Western Federal Lands is anticipating issuing Plan sheets under an electronic format for future solicitations. In preperation for implementing this process we are asking for comments on the accessability and usefulness of the proposed method of distribution. There are a couple of items we are currently aware of that effect access: 1. Internet Access: If you have dial-up service, your ability to open the pages and view the images is EXTREMELY limited. The recommendation is to access through plan centers or your local library that has service such as DSL, Cable modem, or satelite. 2. Internet Explorer is required to access the plans and view the sheets. 3. Currently printing is limited to page by page. We have heard from the software developer that the next release will allow for identifying multiple sheets for printing. At the top of the page is a button for accomplishing a survey to provide us with feedback on the site and the type of methods you use to access the internet, and also for you to comment on the process. We will be reviewing all feedback we receive in an effort to make access as open as possible. You will be prompted to load the driver for the reader. Right click on the image to access measuring tools, zoom features, and other items. We look forward to hearing from you.
