- Description
- The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with AccessData Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the procurement of 19 each AccessData Ultimate Toolkit Upgrade with 14 each USB Dongle and 16 each training vouchers. All software needs to be 508 compliant. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The sole source is to upgrade the existing Accessdata?s Ultimate Toolkit to their latest release. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed and it will be on an All or None basis. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 511210 with a small business size standard not to exceed $21,000,000. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense?s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
