- Description
- The successful bidder shall electronically compile and/or digitize soil surveys in (Cheyenne, Kiowa, Yuma, and Washington) Counties. The original field mapping was completed on quad centered 1974-1976 photography that was published in NAD 27. The field sheets have been reproduced on clear film positives, and need to be ortho-rectified to new digital orthophotography in NAD 83. Grid ticks on the existing field sheets are approximate. CONTRACTOR must complete performance during the contract period. CONTRACTOR has the option of offering a bid or bids on the work to be done in the following three manners: 1) Electronic recompilation only. 2) Electronic recompilation and digitization ( to specifications) for any of the counties individually 3) Electronic recompilation and digitization (to specifications) for all four counties. Please see the uploaded Draft Statement of Work for more specifics about the project. This is just a draft. The final STatement of Work will be issued with the Invitation For Bids. Multiple awards could be made on this solicitation depending on what the best deal for the government is. The estimated dollar value of this contract(s) is between $100,000 and $250,000.
