- DESCRIPTION OF WORK Work will consist of furnishing and placing a single lane standard prestressed slab bridge, including the abutment and pilings, at a location on Forest Road 2490, replacing 3 large culverts. The existing three large culverts shall be removed and disposed of by the contractor. Associated work includes mobilization, soil stabilization, construction of road approaches to the bridge, placement of borrow material and crushed aggregate rock, placement of hot mix pavement, traffic control and construction of deflector barbs. This project is 100% set-a-side for Hubzone small business.Bidders are encouraged to view the project site.
