- The purpose of the solicitation is to provide physician services at the Anaconda Job Corps Center, Anaconda, MT. Duties will include assisting students in attaining and maintaining optimal health by providing basic on-center health services to include promotion, prevention, assessment, intervention, treatment and follow up care. The physician shall hold clinic on one mutually agreed day of each week, for the 48 weeks students are in residence at the Center. The physician shall meet the State of Montana licensing and professional qualification requirements. This will be a commercial solicitation resulting in a firm fixed price contract for a base period (July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005) and four (4) option years. NAICS code 621111, size standard $8.5 million. The procurement is 100% small business set-aside. This will be an electronic solicitation only.
