- Description
- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) is soliciting comments on the attached DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO), Executive Summary and Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Student Administration and Scheduling System (SASS). The NAICS Code is 541511. The size standard is $21.0 million. This requirement is to redesign and automate the FLETC's master scheduling and student administration processes to maximize the use of facilities and resources at the FLETC facilities. The SASS shall support the the integration of: Partnering Organization Recruitment; Management Analysis and Planning; Resource Scheduling (includes instructors, students, facilities, etc.; Student Registration; Student Enrollment (includes badging, lodging, equipment, meals, transportation, etc); Marks Processing; Exam Scheduling; Automated Testing; Transcript Production; Financial Management. The detailed objectives of the requirements are identified in the Statement of Objectives (SOO)attached. This requirement is available via Electronic Posting System (EPS) Internet site at www.eps.gov. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the documents from the web page. No hard copies will be mailed. The deadline for receipt of WRITTEN comments will be NO LATER THAN May 18, 2004 @ 2:00 p.m. local time. The comments may be faxed to (912) 280-5343 or e-mailed to cynthia.bartosh@dhs.gov. Only WRITTEN comments will be accepted. After responses are submitted to all comments, a Pre-solicitation conference will be scheduled.
