- SENIOR LOCAL GOVERNANCE ADVISOR SOLICITATION NUMBER: 522-USAID/H/EXO No. 04-011 ISSUANCE DATE: April 19, 2004 CLOSING DATE: April 30, 2004 SUBJECT: Solicitation for U.S. Personal Services Contractor (USPSC) to serve as Senior Local Governance Advisor REF: USAID/Honduras Solicitation number USAID-Honduras-522-04-011 Gentlemen/Ladies: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking proposals (OF-612) from persons interested in providing PSC services described in the attachment. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information at the place and time specified.
