- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to change the requirement for SWT-07-04, LVN statement of work. Remove paragraph 5.4. and replace with the following: 5.4. Posses Certification to administer Intravenous Therapy, in accordance with the California Code of Regulations, at contract start. This requirement is only for FSS holders under GSA Schedule 621-I. Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton and its branch clinics currently has requirements for Pediatric (Ref #STW-09-04), Musculoskeletal (Ref #SWT-08-04), OB/GYN (Ref #SWT-06-04), and various nursing (Ref #SWT-07-04) services under SINs 025C, 025G, 025J, 025M, 030, 035, 038 and 039. Copies of the proposal requests can be downloaded from http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/acquisitions/fss.asp or can be requested by email at sdwellen@nmlc.med.navy.mil. Email requests need to specify reference number for specific healthcare worker type. No offers will be accepted from offerors who do not hold a current FSS under GSA Schedule 621-I.
