- Amendment 0001: The departure times from the Pentagon and Bolling AFB are annotated in the combined synopsis/solicitation. All times listed below are return departure times from the DESTINATION, and are approximate and subject to change. The following schedule is added to the combined synopsis/solicitation. Scheduled return times for Pentagon trips: - CLINs 0001AA, 0001AD, 0001AF, 0001AH: Departure from New York City: Approximately 6:30 pm - CLIN 0001AC: Departure from Ocean City: Approximately 6:00 pm - CLIN 0001AG: Departure from Williamsburg: Approximately 6:00 pm - CLIN 0001AB: Departure from Philadelphia: Approximately 5:30 pm - CLIN 0002AE: Departure from Harpers Ferry/Gettysburg: Approximately 5:30 pm Scheduled return times for Bolling AFB trips: - CLINs 0002AA, 0002AB, 0002AC, 0002AD, 0002AE, 0002AF, 0002AG, 0002AH, 0002AJ: Departure from New York City: Approximately 7:00 pm - CLINs 0004AA, 0004AB: Departure from Atlantic City: Approximately 6:00 pm, but this may vary. Based on actual arrival time in Atlantic City; the casino says how long we can stay. - CLIN 0005: Departure from Ocean City: 6:00 pm - CLIN 0003: Niagara Falls overnight trip includes driving on Friday, Saturday, and Monday. At this time, there are no driving requirements on Sunday, but this is subject to change. Driving times are scheduled throughout the day on Saturday from approximately 8:00 am until 8:00 pm. Monday's departure consists of luggage loading beginning at approximately 7:00 am, with departure at approximately 8:00 am. - CLIN 0006: New York City overnight trip includes driving in New York City on Saturday evening from 6:00 pm until approximately 9:30 pm.
