- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to purchase a Hydro AX Model 421E Multipurpose Tractor with Land Clearing (Model 800) and Rotary Mulcher (Model 7010) attachments. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a 1988 Hydro Ax model number 621 (with attachements) to offer as trade in toward the purchase. The NAICS Code for the acquisition is 423820. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. A solicitation package outlining the requirements for this procurement are available without charge and shall be requested in writing to the above address, Attention: Gary Dupuis, Contracting Officer. TELEPHONIC AND E-MAIL REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. However, FAX requests will be accepted at fax number 413-253-8450.
