- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposal are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan, 18th Contracting Squadron, intends to solicit and award a sole source, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures to purchase Zoll M Series CCT Plus BiPhasic Airworthy Defibrillator for Kadena AB, 31 Rescue Squadron that is developed by Zoll Medical Corporation. Firm Fixed Price contract.
