- Provide Closing Agent services for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on HUD-owned single-family properties (1-4 units) located within the State of Arizona. HUD intends to award one indefinite quantity-fixed-price purchase order under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) not to exceed $100,000. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) is set aside for small business concerns. The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541191 Title Abstract and Settlement Offices, and the Size Standard is $6.0 million. The proposed purchase order will be for a period of 6 months. RFQ Q4D8AAC0006 will be available on or about 4/27/2004. Quotations will be due on or about 5/18/2004. To all interested parties, this solicitation will be available for downloading on HUD's web page: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpo/contract.cfm on or about 4/27/2004.
