- Description
- The U.S. Army TACOM-Picatinny, Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce (PC3) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ intends to award a Simplified Acquisition on a sole source basis to Technical Products Group, Inc., Deland Florida in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The contractor shall repair, test, inspect and deliver eleven (11) Control, Mine Dispensers and twenty (20) Launcher Racks with containers in support of the Volcano Program. TPG, Inc. is the manufacturer of these items and possesses the expertise and qualifications required to execute this effort. The required delivery for these items will be 45 days after any resultant purchase order. See Numbered Notes 22 and 26.
