Description

The Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Contracting Office, Baghdad, Iraq has a requirement for general support of the Baghdad Public Safety Academy (BPSA) in Baghdad, Iraq. The requirement includes, but is not limited to: Operations and Maintenance in support of pre-existing facilities and planned expansions including billeting, classrooms, office and dining facility support. Maintenance and support of any generators installed or planned installations; roads and ground maintenance; water system maintenance; electrical maintenance; bulk fuel procurement, holding and issue; waste management; hazardous material management; fleet vehicle maintenance; printing and copying office establishment and support; billeting management; armory management; ammunitions storage and management; medical clinic operations and management; laundry services; fire protection using existing equipment; vector control; housekeeping services; communications technology and information technology support, to include expansion and maintenance of existing LAN; management of clothing issue and ordering; management of supply warehouse. The Government contracting objective is to award a Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items. The ordering period will be one year from award with a twelve month option period. This action is unrestricted and provides for full and open competition. The solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov not later than 15 April, 2004.
