- Description
- The US General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 34,500 square feet of rentable space. Rentable space must yield approximately 30,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. This space is to be located within the delineated area of Niagara County, NY. The lease term will be ten (10) years, cancelable by the Government after the fifth (5th) year. Occupancy is required by 1/31/2005. Expressions of interest should include the following information: 1. Building name and address, 2. Rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
