- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is: to revise requirement (j) of the combined synopsis/solicitation for clarity; to direct potential offerors to drawings associated with the requirement; and to extend the closing date for submission of proposals. 1. Requirement J) under Section 17 of the synopsis/solicitation is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "Each control shall have a backup IBM compatible computer, and shall turn control over to the backup IBM compatible computer without interruption should the main control computer fail." 2. Drawings associated with the Vacuum Chamber Control Upgrade requirements may be found at: http://heron.nrl.navy.mil/contracts/RFP/04rs05.htm 3. The closing date for submission of proposals against this synopsis/solicitation is hereby extended to 20 April 2004.
