- This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI). This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The Department of Defense Naval Surface Warfare Indian Head Division is seeking to identify sources capable of providing the following or equivalent: a. Coating compound, Insulation, Intumescent b. Specification: MIL-C-81945B(AS), Type I c. Drawing: NAVAIR 4902292, Note 4, Find 33 This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Companies capable of providing the defined product are encouraged to respond by providing their company name, points of contact, a brief statement of capabilities and relevant corporate background, and business size.
