- Description
- The Navy requires continued development of Information Systems and other technology products originally designed and developed under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-02-G-6606. As a result, an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract was awarded to Concurrent Technology Corporation (CTC) on a sole-source basis from solicitation N00164-02-R-6622. The Navy currently has a requirement to increase the efforts of this IDIQ contract N00164-04-D-6622. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole-source basis with CTC, 100 CTC Dr., Johnstown, PA 15904-1935 based on FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). See Note 22. Unrecoverable duplicative costs and unacceptable schedule delays would result if award were made to any source other than CTC. This modification will increase the contract?s ceiling by $40M over a maximum 2-year ordering period. Work will primarily be in support of N avy/DoD programs including: Configuration and Technical Notification, Global Logistics Research and Integration, Collaborative Logistics Productivity, Advanced Distributive Learning, Supply Chain Management, Defense Joint Command and Control, and On-Demand Manufacturing/Strategic Materiel Sourcing.
