- Description
- The Government intends to award a FFP sole source purchase order to IEEE, Piscataway, NJ 08855, for the IEEE Electronic Library On-Line. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures IAW the FAR Part 12. The period of performance will be APR 04 thru APR 05. All contractors submitting any proposals to the Government must have a CAGE code and be registered in the CCR. All proposals are due to be received in the contracting office by COB 19 APR 04. In order to be considered, repon dents must submit clear and convincing documentation of their capability within the time specified. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Governments ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Governme nt to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
