- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Governments intent to award a sole source procurement with B.F. Yenny Construction Company for the upgrade to an existing fire training facility. Original fire training facility was built by BF Yenny, an authorized installer of manufactured structures by Fire Facilities Inc. This notice is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telphone requests will nt be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convicing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purpose will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract b ased on tis notice is soley within the discretion of the Government.
