Description: The VA Medical Center has a sole source requirement for the RTAS Voice additional server upgrade includes dell server and proprietary voice dictation software. RTAS Dictation Server 8 port upgrade. Dictate Station with Laser Mic. No Faxes will be accepted. If no response is received the requirements will be awarded on 4/15/2004.
