- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs will award a lumpsum/fixed price contract to the lowest price/technically acceptable offer for a FULL service contract for the professional maintenance of building environmental and mechanical systems at the Boston Healthcare System, Jamaica Plain Campus. Work includes maintenance, repair, replace, preventive maintenance and quality control of HVAC equipment based on manufactures recommendations. Solicitation issue date will be approximately 01 April 2004. Proposals will be received 30 days later. Negotiations for BAFO will be within the competitive range as determined by prices received. Contract will be awarded for base year plus four option periods. Cost range for the total contract is between $2.0 million and $3.0 million.
