- Pr No. FPG04084000559: This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Leading Edge, Aircraft, NSN 1560-01-072-2706, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp, Cage: 76823, P/N 3-24132-502 Rev D. Approved sources are: Cyclone Aviation Products (S5503), Sierra Aerospace (1QER1), and Aero Components (59213). FOB Origin with Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. Requested delivery is 274 days ARO. QAP 007 applies. The quantity is 44 each for a base year and provision for a 100% quantity option. The Government anticipates a split award for this requirement. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. First Article Government Testing required, sample size 1 each. This solicitation will issue Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition. Sources must be approved prior to contract award per Source Qualification Statement in the technical data package. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
