- The Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Columbus, Ohio will purchase the following: Fischerscope X-Ray XDLM-C4 - X-Ray fluorescence based coating thickness measurement instrument. 603-413 Fischerscope X-Ray XDLM-C4, 602-463 Expanded Measuring modes with super WinFTM; 603-430 Co-Absorber. 1 Year warranty (including X-Ray tube, proportional counter, parts and labor), service, installation and training of the system. 1 Year of remote operation application support.
