- 1) Note: Contact Points: 1) Lynn Intrepidi, Contracting Officer, 215/861 5501 2) Steve Adams, 215/861 5516, Contract Specialist. 2) Solicitation 3-JC-409-24 for the Woodstock Job Corps Center, in Randallstown, Maryland, will be available on FedBizOpps.gov o/a June 5, 2003. (Under Vendors, Acronyms, select DoL, click on Employment and Training Agency “Location,” then Philadelphia Region); It will also appear on the Job Corps Web Site http://wdsc.doleta.gov/jobcorps/(On left of screen, under “Announcements,” RFPs, click on Centers, select Centers, select Philadelphia Region.) 3) The closing date for written proposals, Business Management Plans, Subcontracting Plans, and Staff Qualifications and Schedules will be o/a August 4, 2003. Oral presentations will be scheduled the week of October 13, 2003. 4) A preproposal conference and site walk thru are scheduled for June 17, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. EST. 5) The resultant cost reimbursement, incentive fee, contract will run from April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2006, with three unilateral option years. 6) The average capacity of the Woodstock Job Corps Center is 505 students: 295 residential males, 145 residential females, 35 nonresidential males, and 30 nonresidential females. 7) The agency will consider proposals submitted by any responsible source.
