- Description
- Quantity 32 each (1 First Article Test Unit, 31 Production Units) Lifter Lever, Naval Air Warfare Center AD Part Number 511103-1. Technical Data Requirements defined in REI-03-17022, MPR 1222 and MPR 1223 Revision B. Higher Level Inspection Program required, refer to specifications/drawing and drawing notes. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at source in accordance with REI-03-17022. May require stringent non-destructive testing and inspection to include magnetic particle inspection and material certifications, refer to specifications/drawing and drawing notes. Delivery of First Article Test Unit is due 60 days after date of award. Delivery of 31 Production Units due 60 days after acceptance of First Article Test Unit. Pre-award survey and post award conference are anticipated. Export Control Data included, certified DD Form 2345 must be submitted (FAXED) with request for RFQ package. Request RFQ package in writing (FAXED) by 22 April 2004. Quotes due 06 May 2004. All contractors seeking award must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
