Sole Source to: Bell Aerospace Services Inc., 1305 Airport Freeway Suite 321, Bedford, TX 76095. Justification: Only One or a Limited number of Responsible Sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 26 Apr 2004.
