- The purpose of the solicitation is to provide physician services for the students at the Wolf Creek Job Corps Center, Glide, Oregon. Duties will include but will not be limited to, assisting in the development of a self health care program, orientation of new students, consultation with Center Director, and coordination with other Center Health Care Specialists. The physician shall provide medical services at the Center approximately one day per week. The physician shall meet the State of Oregon licensing, and professional qualification requirements. This will be a commercial solicitation resulting in a firm fixed contract for a base period (July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2005), and four (4) option years. NAICS code 621111, size standard $8.5 million.
