- Indefinite Quantity Contract, for traditional stock support, NSN 4320-01-412-8596, Pump Unit, Reciprocating. The contract term will consist of a 1 year base period with 4, 1-year options (estimate $361K/year, $1.8M/5years) The Item Description is in accordance with Government dr The Government intends to issue a solicitation for a Multi-year awings which may be obtained through the DIBBS website http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil. Requests for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. This solicitation will be available on its issue date at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
