- RFP 1-JC-03-03. January 13th, 2004. This synopsis is modified to reflect the new release date of the RFP. The RFP for this procurement will be available on January 20th, 2004 at the same location specified in the previous synopsis. The New date for the Pre Bid Conference and Center Walk through is now scheduled for January 27th, 2004 at the same time and location. Pre Bid Conference to be held at One Union Station, Hartford, CT at 8:00am. Walk Through of the Center at 180 Overlook Terrace, Hartford, CT immediately following the conference. All information remains the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-JAN-2004).
