- U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals for air transportation of mail to and from various air stops in Hawaii and Pacific Islands. Performance start date is April 24, 2004 and ends April 27, 2007. A preproposal conference will be held on March 10, 2004 at the Honolulu International Airport.
