- The U. S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) requests questions and comments for draft Request for Proposal (RFP) USTDA-04-R-0-123. The solicitation is for support to USTDA in managing the agency?s Information Resource Center. USTDA anticipates that this award will be firm fixed price contract. The award is a small business set-aside. The target date for award is August 2003. Work will be performed at USTDA?s office in Arlington, VA. The period of the contract is 12 months, with four one-year options. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 519120 with a size standard of $6 million. Questions and comments concerning this draft RFP are due no later than close of business, Thursday, April 22, 2004. Questions and comments must be submitted by email to contract@tda.gov. Telephone calls will not be accepted. USTDA will answer all questions through an internet posting at FedBizOps or incorporate comments and questions in the final RFP posted to FedBizOps.
