Description

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide all material, labor, tools, plant, supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to complete the construction of the removal and replacement of the main roof assembly including insulation, roof curbs, all roof mounted equipment including rooftop units, ventilators, exhaust fans, condensing units, plumbing vents, roof penetration boots, roof hatch, etc. The project also includes the removal of existing roof drains, new roof drains, leaders, downspouts, overflow drains, removal of gas piping, new gas piping, new parapet walls, metal siding, acoustical ceiling repair, modifications to roof access stair, repair of a canopy, metal closure panels, concrete curb, walk and ramp, steel railings, bollards, window repair, window blinds and all other incidental work required. Minority-owned and Women-owned Business participation is encouraged. Construction cost range: $400,000 to $425,000 Construction completion time will be 120 calendar days from the date after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Evaluation criteria in addition to price will be considered and are as follows: Past Performance; adequate demonstration of successful completion of projects of a similar scope and magnitude as that of the proposed work using information submitted in the Qualification Statement; Supplier Capability; to be performed using information submitted in the Qualification Statement; Project Management Plan and Approach; Project Scheduling, Proposed Project Team and Company Organization; Quality Control Plan/Team; and Firm?s Standard Safety Plan. Specifications will be available on or about March 30, 2004. Specifications will be provided for a non-refundable cost of $75.00, for all requests received no later than April 22, 2004. Orders can be pre- paid by Corporate or Personal Check made out to LDI Reproprinting Center (DO NOT MAKE THE CHECK OUT TO THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE). Mail your check to: LDI Reproprinting Centers, 2200 Northlake Parkway, Suite 350, Tucker, GA 30084-4084. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. This is included in the price of the prints and specifications. USPS Express Mail service is also available at an additional cost. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The number of offerors, their names, and the amount of their offers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
