THERE IS NOT A SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Marine Corps Systems Command is seeking any commercial sources capable of providing CLS for the two models of the Marine Corps? Interim Fast Attack Vehicles. The scope of support required will include: supply support, training, maintenance, on-site and on-call technical service representatives (to include deployment with Operational Forces). The IFAV has been in the Marine Corps inventory (116 vehicles) for approximately five years and no new vehicle procurements are anticipated. CLS services will be required for approximately five additional years. A copy of the User?s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS-001665-15) for the IFAV is available upon request. Requests for the ULSS shall be submitted via email to chaversml@logcom.usmc.mil. This sources sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request For Proposal or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire follow-on acquisition. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI or otherwise pay for the information requested. Any information submitted is voluntary. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and Government use of such information. The Government recognizes that proprietary data may be part of this effort. If so included, clearly mark such restricted or proprietary data an present it as an addendum to the non-restricted/non-proprietary information. Commercial firms which provide services with the above characteristics are invited to submit the following: (1) product brochures or marketing materials outlining specifications, to include a statement of service capabilities (2) current relevant contract information (with sources of supply, GSA, other Government contracts etc) (3) corporate history (4) past performance information. As part of your responses please include information such as information on delivery/lead time of parts support, commercial warranty terms on repair parts, maintenance capabilities and locations any current contracts available from which to order supplies. Responses will be reviewed to identify firms potentially capable of fulfilling the Government?s requirements.
