Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform testing and analysis of various media for hazards, including potable water, soil, storm water, oil, construction debris, and other items to determine if media is safe for personal use or proper disposal. The contractor is to provide bottles for the collection of the samples by government personnel. Samples shall be delivered to the contractor by government personnel from Naval Support Activity, Mechanicsburg, PA. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Number of bid items: Five (5) with a unit price schedule. Number of days in the contract: 365 with four (4) option years. NAICS Code 541380, Testing Laboratories. The Smalll Business Size Standard is $10.0 M. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Prospective contractors must register in the DOD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Bidders are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award. Specifications and drawings will not be directly provided in a paper hard copy format or CD-ROM. All prospective bidders are encouraged to register on the above web site for this procurement when specifications and drawings become available.
