- The Patuxent River, Naval Air Warfere Center has a requirement to procure technical engineering and related services for MultiStatic Active Antisubmarine Warfare-Distant Thunder(MAASW-DT). These service shall provide development, execution and evalution of signal capabilities for upgrades to the DT processor. This notice is intended as a sole source item to JP Technical consulting, Inc, Norristown, PA ONLY.
