- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with EVEREST VIT, Flanders, NJ for ninety (90) Rigidizer 6? tubes for 6mm Probes, ninety (90) Angled Couplers, ?? x 20 TPI x .62, and ninety (90) Couplers, ?? x 20 TPI x 6.25 in support of the F404 and F414 Turbofan Engines. The Government does not hold any proprietary rights to any drawings or data. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
