- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to award a sole source non-competitive procurement to Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene (WSLH) for the collection and analyses of water samples from major streams and adjacent corridors within the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) for the following microbes: E. Coli, Fecal Coliform, Male specific Coliphages, E. Coli O157:H7, Giardia, Cryptosporidium and Salmonella. The analyses of these microbe samples must begin within 24 hours of collection. It is essential that the analyses be provided by a laboratory that is currently participating in the USGS Standard Reference Water Sample Program and whose database is currently accessible by the USGS computer system.
