- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items FAR 12.6, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR13.106, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation ( RFQ), The government reserves the right to award to other than the offeror with the lowest price. The government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to that responsible offeror proposing the lowest price for the items that have been determined to comply with the requirements of the specifications and solicitation. Delivery required within fourteen ( 14) days of award, FOB Destination, NET 30 Payment terms. The following clauses and provisions apply: FAR 52.212-1, and FAR52.212-3. FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5 shall be included with any offer. All information regarding this acquisition will be posted on the NBC website http:// ideasec.nbc.gov.
