By US Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to US small businesses, therefore, foreign request for this solicitation will not be honored. System: PATRIOT, Nomenclature: Cable Assembly, Fiber Optic, PRON: D14H1396, NSN: 6020-01-249-7713, P/N: MIS-38142/3. The current known quantity for this item is 85 and a maximum quantity of 608. This proposed acquisition is for a requirements contract wh ich will be segregated into five (5) program periods with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. Des tination to be furnished. Submission of Quality Verification Samples required for testing. Destination to be furnished. Delivery Schedule 150 days after contract award, 90 days for delivery of QV Samples and 60 days testing. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
