Description: Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment and supplies, to perform custodial services in various buildings located on Fort Dix, New Jersey. The period of performance is 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 wi th four one-year option periods. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract. Only one award shall be made. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 561720, 7349, $14,000,000.00. Pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Small Business Act , this is a competitive 8(a) procurement. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Eligible 8(a) firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
