- 11th Contracting Squadron/LGCN, Bolling AFB, Washington, D.C., intends to award sole source open-market acquisition to Corporate Executive Board, Washington, D.C., for the strategic communication support that will allow the Air Force Personnel Operations Agency (AFPOA-DPX), an Air Force Field Operating Agency, to provide personnel analysis, modeling and personnel research in an effort to better evaluate, validate and recommend the best personnel policy options and plans to the Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Personnel (AF/DP). AF/DP seeks to capitalize on the expertise of commercial and non-profit organizations in the development of AF personnel policy. The expectation of this program is to obtain access to, in a timely manner, reports as well as management consultation services on a vast array of corporate and not-for-profit best-practice subjects, to include diversity and quality of force, which enable the AF to assess and examine the civilian world as benchmarks for military application. No travel is expected of the contractor. Award will be made on or about 20 April 2004. This acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed Price award.
