- Description
- The 89th Contracting Squadron on behalf of the Headquarters Air Force Office of Investigations (HQ AFOSI), intends to award a contract in support of the agency?s Advanced Counterintelligence Training Program. This training provides counterintelligence training to select AFOSI special agent. The objective of this contract is 1) to provide development and execution of advanced training specifically designed to improve the knowledge, skills, and abilities of special agents assigned to conduct counter-terrorist operations and investigations, or provide support to such operation and 2) development and execution of advanced training designed to improve the knowledge, skills and abilities of special agents assigned to duties which require the conduct of sensitive surveillance operations and related activities. The primary responsibility of the contractor will be to conduct eight (8), 10-21 day Terrorist Operations and Investigations Workshop (TOIW) and eight (8), 7-21 day Counterintelligence Surveillance Workshop from date of award through Sep 2004. The training will take place in CONUS. The contract will be a base year plus four (4) option years. The solicitation, when released, will be in the form of a Request for Proposals and will be published on the Federal Business Opportunities website. The solicitation will be available for response on a fully open and competitive basis. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about 16 Apr 2004. Companies must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible to receive a DoD contract. Registration can be accomplished at the following URL: http://www.ccr2000.com.
