- This is a combined solicitation/synopsis prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is FA8707-04-Q0003. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334515. The government is interested in soliciting Sunrise Telecom products only. This solicitation is being issued as a Notice of Intent to issue a commercial purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to Sunrise Telecom, 302 Enzo Drive, San Jose CA 95138 on a sole source basis to purchase Sunrise Telecom Wide Area Network Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) test sets. Item Description: Item # SSE20C, SunSet E20 Color Screen, configured with 2 Rx and 2 Tx 2.048 Mbps ports with BNC (f) &3-pin banana (CF) connectors. CE Compliant. Each configuration includes; Universal AC Charger, Battery Pack, Protective Cartridge, Power Cord, Users manual, and Certificate of Calibration. Item # SW640, SS & Analysis (MTP, SCCP, TCAP). Required for SS7 Analysis. Includes manual SS266-4. Item #SW648, SSUTR2 Protocol. Item # SW601A, VF Call Analysis. Item # SW601E, VF Call Emulation. Item # SS101 Carrying Case. Item # SSOCxD, SunSet OCx: DS1 to OC-12x Standard with intermediate reach 1310 mm optics. Item # SSOCx-LR-12, Long reach 1310, OC 12. Item # SWOCx-I, ATM Analysis t DS3. These items must be deliverd no later than 6 weeks after receipt of order, FOB: Destination.
