- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F63CES40780300-RM is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 (05 APR 04). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 562998, with a size standard of $6 million (Miscellaneous Waste Management Services). Contractor shall provide all services, materials, supplies, plant, labor, equipment, supervision and travel as required in installation and service for automated sewer discharge sampler with integral area velocity flow meter (American Sigma 900 MAX Wastewater sampler, or equal) per attached Statement of Work (SOW). The flow meter is to be located at the established sampling point in the southeast corner of Altus AFB. The project will also include a two-year service contract to provide quarterly maintenance and calibration of the installed unit. All work shall be performed IAW SOW.
