- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to conduct single source negotiations with Harris Corporation, Government Communications Systems Division, for WARP maintenance and sustainment requirements. These requirements will total 5 years, starting 10/01/04. The contract will include a two (2) year base period, and three (3) one (1) year options. The estimated value of the contract, including options, is $75,000,000. The FAA has concluded that Harris is the only source available that can satisfy the requirements within the timeframe required and without substantial duplication of cost. This announcement is for informational purposes only, in accordance with FAA Acquisition System (AMS) Section 3.2.2.4, Single Source Selection. The point of contact for this announcement is Daniel B.
